Heading off to start another great school year!
In August we took a fun trip to California to visit Grandma Linda and Papa Jon. We were there for a week, and did lot's of fun stuff. We went to Santa Cruz, and Tilden Park, but hands down we spent most of our time in the pool. In fact the day before we left, Mary and Brynn spent 9 hours in it! Corey, Jess, Colin and Mason came halfway through our week, and it is always fun to spend time with them. Robert also came home from Israel the day before we left. I wasn't very good at taking pictures, but here are a few.

Mary helped Lucy plan a great party, where they made purses, got fake money, went to a "restaurant", and the "movie theater".

Kelsey turns 3!
I can't believe our baby Kelsey is 3 years old! This was two of her favorite presents, her "poofy dress" from Aunt Flur and her super hero cape from Aunt Katie. 
We had a family birthday party to celebrate Kelsey turning 3, Eddie turning 1, and Lucy turning 6. They each had their own little cake, and enjoyed that individual attention.

Then that afternoon, several of our neighborhood friends came over for a slip n' slide/sprinkler party. The kids all seemed to have a lot of fun.
