On March 10th, the first grade had their "Under the Sea" program. Brynn had a few lines, and did an excellent job! She sang her little heart out as well. It was a lot of fun to watch her perform. Brynn with the fish she painted.
Brynn before the program started. That is Takoda on the right, he is in Brynn's class.

Brynn and her best pal Abby after the show!

Brynn right before we left for the show...she was so excited!

I decided I need to get out all these silly pictures that have been taken over the last month or so. My girls are great at being silly and coming up with funny things to entertain themselves with! Mary and Sidney dressing up crazy after watching the "why don't we just dance" video by Josh Turner.
Kelsey LOVES her babies...she is already a great little mom to them.

How funny is Kelsey in these glasses and Lucy's jean jacket?

The human head weighs 8lbs! Kelsey wearing Brynn's "fake" glasses.

Now Lucy taking a turn in the fake glasses!

Brynn is so proud...She "curled" Lucy's hair with the striaght iron.

I'm so lucky to have such cute girls! I especially love it when they get along!!!

In February the entire 3rd Grade went on an Ice Skating field trip. I was lucky enough to get to chaperone. It was a lot of fun. Mary is was so excited

California Trip...Part 3

Wednesday Corey and Jessica left, and then Katie and Boo left on Thursday morning. So it just left our family and the Mayeski family to hit Sea World on Thursday. It was only about an 1 1/2 hour drive from our condo. Sea World didn't have as much to do because it was off season (all of their rides are water rides), but we had a great time seeing the animal shows...which is the whole reason we wanted to go. The kids loved all the shows, and definetly experienced things they never had before.
The girls with "Shamu"
The dog trick show was very cute and a lot of fun. It almost made me consider getting a dog. Key words: almost and consider.

They thought the Sea Lion show was great...and it was. It is amazing what they can get them to do!

Of course the Shamu show was incredible, and the girls loved it. Here is our question though, ...who ever thought to do this!?! I know I'll just get in with this Killer Whale and train him to let me ride him...crazy stuff, but fun to watch!

Austin's Birthday Party

We had a little family gathering in St. George with Aaron's family for Austin's birthday. Statlen and Austin had a Cars themed birthday party with most of their cousins and they both loved every minute of it! We got Austin an electric "Cars" four wheeler and he rides it ALL the time!

Ok this catches me up almost! I have been out of it with the blogging world! Maybe this week I can catch up with Sienna's birthday as well!

Austin Man turns 2!

My little baby turned 2 on January 22! (And yes he is still my baby even though he's not quite a baby, and rather a crazy toddler!) We started out the day with his favorite- pancakes. Then we made a cake and celebrated real quick before Aaron had to head off to school! The next day we had a big family party with Aaron's side with Statlen in St. George, UT. (They are 8 hours apart!)
Austin has such a funny personality and especially LOVES to make the wierdest faces as you can see! I just love my little man to pieces!

Disney on Ice!

Sienna and I went on a little date to Disney on Ice in January. She loved every second of it! She begged me to get her a snow cone (which was freaking $12!!) but I just had to give in! I love this little girl and I am so glad to have one! (Hopefully one day she will get a sister but if not, it's ok- i just love her!)

Best Friends

I really don't know where I would be without these two crazies in my life! They drive me crazy but I love them even more!

Temple Square

While we were in Utah we got all bundled up and went to see the Temple Square lights. There was lots of whining and complaining from the boys of the family but we made them go!! (Brothers and dad....enjoy your sisters for those of you who have them!!) It was FREEZING! I think it was about 15 degress that night but it was still fun to go see the beautiful lights and temple grounds!

Disneyland Trip...Part 2

Monday morning started our 3 day Disneyland/California Adventure adventure. It may sound like a lot, but it was perfect. We did everything we wanted to in both parks, and then some! Monday was all day at California Adventure, Tuesday all day at Disneyland, Wednesday hitting everyones favorites one (sometimes two) more times!
Mary's favorite rides were: Tower of Terror, California Scream'in, Space Mountain, Splash Mountain, and Grizzly Rapids (even though she got soaked from head to toe)!
Brynn's favorite rides were: Soar'in Over California and Space Mountain. I talked her into Tower of Terror, and she did NOT like that one. She nicknamed it "meanie butt tower of terror!"
Lucy's favorite rides were: the Carousel, the Catepillar, and the Tea Cups. (pretty much Lucy was not worth the money)
Kelsey's favorite ride was by far the Nemo Submarine!
Kacy and I also had a great time going on the rides, big and small. We both agreed that the California Scream'in roller coaster was the most fun!
It was a ton of fun to go with the whole family. The kids loved being with their cousins and aunts and uncles, and having so many adults made it easy to trade and go on some fun rides ourselves.
We all had a great time both at Disneyland and with each other!
Almost all the of the cousins wearing their cute ears! These were fun souvenirs.
Brynn (7), Lucy (4), Peyton (4-amlost 5), Marlee (7), Mary (9), and Blake (2- almost 3)
The whole family at California Adventure.

Brynn knocking on the Mad Hatter's door.
Lucy with Princess Tiana
The kids loved both of the parades. This is Lucy dancing her pants of with the "purple guy" during the Disneyland parade! She really put on quite a show.
MINNIE!
MICKEY!
Silly Mary hanging from Dumbo!
Smiley Kelsey on the KC Jr. trainride!
Lucy's favorite ride...the Carousel!
Uncle Dave was a little nervous, but Kelsey and Josh loved this ride!
All the girl cousins with Tinker Bell!
The Tea Cups were a big hit with everyone...even Lucy after we finally talked her into going on them.
You can see Corey and Jessica and Colin in the background of this picture...somehow I didn't get hardly any pictures with them.
The girls in front of the Disneyland Castle
Uncle Boo and Blake on the bumper bugs!
Kelsey loved Dumbo, but we could never talk Lucy into it!
Here the girls are on the catepillar ride...this was one of Lucy's favorites...it only went 2 miles per hour and stayed on the ground!
Another exciting event that occured on our trip was Brynn loosing two teeth! We were in line for soaring over california, our first ride Monday morning, and Uncle Boo pulled out one of her teeth! Then about two minutes later, before we were even on the ride, Brynn pulled out another one! It was so cool! The tooth fairy gave her an extra bonus because loosing two teeth at Disneyland is pretty amazing!
